So either I am really busy, or just lazy....but I can't seem to keep up with our blog! Hudson is now 6 months old! ALOT has changed since our last post. We went for our check-up and he is 28inches long and 19.4lbs! We could have sworn he was past twenty but not quite yet. We also found out, not that we needed a doctor to tell us, that Hudson has a huge head! He is in the 98th percentile with his head measurement (18cm).
Hudson didn't wait for Christmas to get his two front teeth! They surfaced about two weeks ago and are finally cut through as of last week. A lot of lovin' and Tylenol got us through that phase.....we don't really look forward to the rest arriving but I can't say much because they just look so stinkin' cute!
About three weeks ago Hudson started sitting up on his own. Not only is this adorable, but it meant that we had to lower the crib mattress one level......and then about two days ago I put Hudson down for a nap and like most days he plays himself to sleep, apparently he was bored this time, because he managed to pull himself up on the side of the bed. I walked in a saw him just standing there! It was a little to much for me to handle.....and again we had to lower the mattress! Needless-to-say he has hit a few milestones rather quickly since we turn 6months! I feel like I can't catch up! We need to finish baby proofing the house, because I am sure any day now he could crawl! ( I know he's only 6 months but I wouldn't put it past him) He is already scooting rather quickly around the house.
