It all started on the 23rd when I got the flu.....two days later, Hudson got it.....two days later, Riley got it along with an ear infection! UGH! Luckily Kevin was spared and being the He-man that he is, took care of all of us for almost two weeks! January 1st, Kevin and I attended an amazing conference Passion 2011 (stay tuned for more on this!) and we are just now finally getting back into real life!! Only to look outside and find 5 inches of snow on the ground. Yes, ladies and gentleman (those of you not on facebook or tuned into the local news/weather station) the South has been hit with a "Snow/Ice Storm". I am not sure I would call it a storm but we southerners tend to freak out when any type of snow hits the ground...SO THIS IS HUGE! ;)
Storm or no storm....we had a lovely day cuddling together, cleaning up the house, packing up Christmas stuff (finally!!) and what else?....playing in the snow! Wrapping up the whole day with potato soup/ grilled cheese for dinner and fleece footie pajamas (the kiddies...even though i would pay money to see my husband in footie PJ's!! hehe)

Aww..looks like they enjoyed it (sort of..haha!) We stayed inside, Dmitri refuses to touch the snow.
